IT is still not too late!  If you were planning to join us during this walk challenge but you have gotten a late start, then get up and get started!  What is stopping you?  Don't have time? Find time by getting up a little earlier.  Or workout while your children are exercising with you.  How about a walk outside with your kids?  There are tons of way to get that workout in and you deserve it!  You body deserves it!
So, what is keeping you from joining the challenge?  Do not use excuses.  Just get up and do it!  You will not regret it!  Day 1 for me is over and I am looking forward to the rest!
