Here is a Healthy Challenge for the Group!
Starting November 1, I challenge each of you to walk a brisk walk for 30 mins (minimum) each day for 21 days. That is it.
What You Can Expect in 21 Days of Walking !

During your first walk...your mood improves! You know you are doing something good for your life! You can overcome any setbacks, stress or challenges. Walking makes you feel that GOOD!
After 3-4 days of walking...you will notice the "better fit" or more room in your clothes!
After 7 days of walking...real changes are happening! You have used body fat as energy (fat burning!) Muscles feel more toned!

In just 21 days without special pills or diets. Just walking each day for that amount of time. Now, granted it is called walking not a leisurely stroll down the street. Put your headphones on with some upbeat music and walk!
Raining outside, then I highly recommend Lessie Sansone's videos. Any will do. We can even set time aside to walk after Co-Op for those up to the challenge.
