It took a lot of effort, but I believe that I have found a web hosting service that holds true to its name. Safe! The first file server that I used looked harmless enough until the fourth attempt to download the application. Then photos of women in not so nice ways, began to pop up. Sorry if anyone attempted to download this file from the first server.

But, I believe that I have found a site now that does not get financial support form these questionable sites. You now have access to the application and the handbook. I will warn you. The application is not the final copy. I know there are typographical errors on this page. I worked on this until late last night and my brain went dead. LOL (hush Kathy!)
